This course offers lecture and skill building practice to provide child care and education professionals with skills to improve relationships with children in their programs. Educators who use these skills will observe a reduction in problem behaviors in their programs and an increase in positive outcomes for children. The course is presented in a small group format and active skill building practice is expected. The course is structured in two 2 hour segments one week apart. Opportunities for onsite coaching in use of the skills are available for those completing the course. This is a two night course on March 16 and March 23 from 6:00-8:00 pm.
